Great location - we could walk to anywhere we needed to go. The room was really nice and we especially liked the bathroom and double bed. Had a fantastic time staying here! 🌟

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would prefer. It was kind of hard. Parking was very tight under the building when you had to park against the support beams.

This place stands out as my go-to spot - the breakfast options are fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, plus it's conveniently close to the bus stop.

Updated room, bed was comfortable plus there was a nice sized bathroom. Unbeatable location, it was short walk to shopping, close proximity to the Stadium and close to great restaurants and shopping, and dining options. Good choice of food for breakfast, everything was good!

Some people working there were incredibly rude.

The staff members were extremely congenial (offering bottled water on a hot day) and the room was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The room was hot and muggy upon arrival. It also had an odd odor. Things greatly improved once the A/C ran for awhile.

The room had central heating, pay television, and a microwave. The bed was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's location was great and convenient, close to the airport and within easy reach of various places. It was also near the UNC campus, shops, and Franklin Street.

Difficulty actually finding Hilton Express! The sign to the Hampton Inn was visible, but where is your sign at the turn-in?

The staff at this hotel is lovely and very helpful.

There were 2 queen beds in our room, and one seemed to be broken such that you would roll into the middle of the mattress. The carpet was sticky....so much so that you would not want to walk barefoot. I turned the a/c up high and it seemed to make the situation better. I think there must have been some past water damage to the floor/carpet such that if the humidity gets too high in the room the carpet starts to show the damage. My parents were in a room right next door but their carpet did not have this problem. Please stop using styrofoam plates and bowls in the dining room. Cities around the country are banning the material because it's so environmentally unfriendly. I hope Holiday Inn takes the lead in their hotel segment to stop using this material. Please improve Holiday Inn signage on the main road.

A great location near the school 🏫 made this place a top choice for us. The room we stayed in was super clean and cozy, with a spacious king bed and a nice bathroom.

The staff was exceptional. From the front desk to the breakfast area to the housekeeping team, all were very pleasant and helpful.

Microwave and fridge and Keurig in room.

Mattress on the sofa bed was awful...springs poked through. Breakfast was mediocrexat best on Saturday...a little better on Sunday.

We are regulars at this place and we can't wait to return because everything was amazing. The breakfast is super delicious with a wide variety of food options.

Breakfast. I have come to realise that hotel breakfasts in the US are not of a very high standard generally and the quantity of disposable plastic and other materials is of concern.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, too - lots of variety in a small space.

Breakfast area was a little small but still seemed to work okay ... didn't see people wandering around looking for a place to sit.

Our room had a comfortable double bed and a nice bathroom. The food had a lot of fresh choices 🍴 and everything was great during our stay.
